this is a dupe for the mega pro! customer service was excellent, very responsive. Was able to send replacement piece immediately. Shipment was random, just came on a random day with little to no warning but other than that they give you a weekish timeframe. took about 2 months to ship from China to California. Machine is excellent, would recommend getting this one.
